Ethan has a strong passion for customer service and now serves as the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the team and the agency. He enjoys helping customers understand their coverage, helping add policies to accounts and of course- finding savings and adding discounts!!
Growing up in a home full of pets, he has developed a big love for animals! He currently shares his home with 2 cats and his new dog, Otis, who has quickly become a cherished member of his family.
His mom is an elementary teacher and his dad manages a warehouse of live plants. Both of his parents have had been positive influence to him, he has the patience of a school teacher and a green thumb like his dad! Ethan not only takes care of customers, but also all the office plants!
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, doodling, cooking, reading comics and playing video games.

Ann began her journey as a State Farm agency team member in Gurnee, Illinois in 2006.
She was born and raised in the Hollywood Park area of Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of a traveling dance troop that performed at our local Six Flags Great America and was also a competitive gymnast with the Chicago-land YMCAs back in the 80’s.
Ann moved to Lake County, Illinois in 1994. A few years later, her beautiful daughter Sara arrived, who followed in similar footsteps to her mother, as a competitive cheerleader with Warren Township Cheer & Pom (WTCP), Prairie Crossing Charter School Cheer and Warren Township High School Cheer. Ann volunteered as a Cheer Mom for the WTCP and enjoyed doing so immensely.
Most recently, Ann welcomed her sweet & amazing grandson Leo into the world and looks forward to all of the wonderful new beginnings for the family.
In her free time, Ann enjoys family, friends, music, laughter, oceanside chillin’ and walks in the woods.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Liz is a devoted mother to two amazing children. They keep her on the go with all of their extracurricular activities, including but not limited to: gymnastics, basketball, after school clubs etc.
She loves the outdoors and takes every opportunity to hike, camp, jog, rollerblade or simply relax in nature. Her creative spirit is evident in her love for singing, watercolor painting, bookbinding, crocheting and embroidery.
